Flap Disc / Sanding & Grinding

Grind and finish in one easy step. No need to switch from high rpm type-27 wheel to a resin fiber disc. Flap discs last up to 15 times longer than resin fiber discs. Increased performance and decrease downtime. Constructed from thick layers of aluminum oxide cloth mounted on rugged, lightweight aluminum backing plate (no backing plate required). Dissipates heat quickly and will not crack. Discs resharpen themselves for a consistent finish when cutting. Abrasive grain is continually exposed as the layered abrasive flaps wear down, providing rapid stock removal and consistent finishing. Angled face suits the natural working angle of a grinder allowing maximum abrasive cloth contact with work surface
