Our Diesel Injectors are remanufactured at our TS16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certified facility where we inspect, disassemble, validate, clean, and reassemble each injector
Remanufactured using new, precision made core components such as O-rings, springs, nozzles, delivery valves, shims, gaskets, and solenoids to ensure proper sealing and operation
Calibrated to OE specification and checked on the flow bench to validate OE fuel flow
Undergoes stringent testing and validation processes to ensure durability and a long service life
Packed with anti corrosion fluid inside sealed VCI bags to protect the injector until installation
Remanufactured in North America
