The Gates GC32Flex TSi with integrated two-stage power unit enables precision crimping for all Gates production hoses up to 2 inch. The machine is operated from a command interface which connects to a controller vis Bluetooth. This enables efficient hose assembly selection with seamless machine operation. The Precision contactless digital position sensor ensures the GC32FLEX TSi can achieve accurate and consistent hose assemblies at effective speeds.
